PhenixPridePrinting Policy

Due to the nature of custom printed apparel, PhenixPridePrinting will not accept returns or exchanges of any items.  PhenixPridePrinting is not responsible for and not limited to misprints, materially flawed/defects, design placement/size or for any stains/spots.

PhenixPridePrinting will not be responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes and will not be able to accept returns for this reason once the garments are custom printed.  Please note that sizing can vary between manufacturers and styles.

PhenixPridePrinting does NOT make anything while you wait.  Orders are processed in the order they are received and after the 50% deposit has been made.

PhenixPridePrinting has a pricing system--PRICES VARY!!

Please fill out the order form to the best of your ability for a more accurate quoted price.  Prices are subject to change without notice and PhenixPridePrinting does not guarantee the price you pay today will be the same price you paid before or that you will pay again.  Price quotes are good for up to 10 days after issued.  Rush orders will be charged a rush process fee based on due date.  Prices are based on quantity, design and due date.

If your items are misprinted, materially flawed, or defective in any way, please contact us at PhenixPridePrinting@gmail.com within 14 days from receipt of merchandise, or when order was picked up, and we will be happy to arrange for a reprint, or credit.

Returns for exchange or store credit: must be made within 14 days of receipt of purchase.

Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.

By continuing to do business with PhenixPridePrinting you agree to this policy and any legal/attorney fees.  Including but not limited to loss of wages and other fees associated with the manner.  PhenixPridePrinting reserves the right to refuse any business for any reason.
