PhenixPride is not responsible for and not limited to misprints, materially flawed/defects, design placement/size or for any stains/spots. PhenixPride will not be responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes and will not be able to accept returns for this reason once garments are custom printed. Please note that sizing can vary between manufacters and styles.
PhenixPridePrinting does not make anything while you wait. Orders are processed in the order they are received and after full payment (or 50% of total) has been made.
If your items are misprinted, materially flawed, or defective in any way, please contact us at PhenixPridePrinting@gmail.com within 14 days from paid invoice. Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We will not reimburse shipping charges.
